The Villa San Crispino "Al Reale" is situated in an absolutely quiet location, in the country of Tordandrea di Assisi, only 3 miles from the historic centre of Assisi: from the villa you can enjoy a great view of Assisi.
The interior decoration and furniture of the villa recall the old Umbrian country style, it has a big porch, a huge garden with swimming-pool and outdoor shower, barbecue, games for children, table, chairs, sun chairs to sunbathe.
The villa is made of 3 apartments, 2 of them can also communicate from the inside. The villa sleeps maximum 14 people, including children.
The Resort & Spa San Crispino is less than one mile away from the villa Al Reale; here you can choose fitness programs, wellness treatments, typical Umbrian menus to taste in the elegant restaurant which also offers a take-away service for the guests of the villas.
If you book Spa treatments, a free shuttle service is available for you upon request from the villas to the Spa. Upon request, you can choose to have a treatment directly in your villa (only some of them can be done outside the Spa).
The Villa San Crispino "Al Reale" is ideals for couples and families. Its location is excellent to visit all art cities of Umbria and Tuscany. The centre of Tordandrea, a small village nearby, is only 500 metres away and can be easily reached on foot: there you can find shops, bars, laundry, post office, markets etc.
From the villa you can organize walking tours, bike tours and horse riding. Guided tours, cooking and painting classes are available upon request (cooking and painting classes need to be confirmed at the time of booking).
